Land of Liberty is proud to announce in addition to the full-feature length documentary, a
complimentary study guide and sound track will be released in the coming months. The
study guide will provide a unique, in-depth study of homelessness to faith based groups,
social service organizations, and universities. The study of actual homeless cases makes
this guide both an engaging and insightful look into the world of the homeless. The sound
track will be a mix of styles ranging from rock and country, to bluegrass and classical.

More information will be released regarding both the study guide and sound track as they
progress over the coming weeks.

Ryan Hardy and D.J. McCoy have teamed together through Oceangate Entertainment to
produce and direct the documentary
"Land Of Liberty".

"How can the richest country on earth have such a serious and growing problem?" Hardy
and McCoy set out to find the truth. This film addresses the facts of homelessness in
America. 744,000 people were homeless last night.  Children under the age of 18 account
for 39% of the homeless population. Families with children are among the fastest growing
segment.

"This is meant to be a hard hitting, touching story that brings faces to the statistics" McCoy
stated. The pair plan to start shooting September 15th through mid winter. Some towns
and cities have had such hard cutbacks that they are unable to deal with this growing
population. The film will cover how and where children are sent when they are discovered
"homeless".

They plan to show where the system has worked and where it has failed. The audience
will be introduced to three main characters and many other homeless individuals.

"Land Of Liberty" will be presented to film festivals in the spring of 2009 and available on
DVD shortly there after.
